Himalayan Soul
Transformational Retreat in Nepal
1-10 April 2027
There are places where something inside naturally becomes quieter. Nepal is one of them.
A transformative journey combining Meditation, Yoga, Himalayan hiking, and authentic Buddhist monastery experiences in the heart of the mountains.

Two destinations, one journey
As part of this transformational travel experience, you'll explore your inner world but also we’ll take you on a journey through the sacred beauty of Nepal.
Experience the life in a Buddhist monastery , visit ancient cities, and discover breathtaking Himalayan views.
10 days for personal growth, wellness and deep connection.
Kathmandu — Sacred beginnings
When you arrive in Kathmandu, we can arrange airport pick-up for you, so everything begins with ease and peace of mind. The first days of the journey will be spent exploring the energy of the city l where ancient temples, spiritual rituals, and living traditions create a powerful introduction to Nepal.
During our time in Kathmandu, we will experience:
-
Morning yoga and guided meditation
-
Visit Katmandu
-
Exploration of sacred temples and Buddhist monasteries
-
A traditional Thangka painting workshop
-
Cultural immersion through local food, rituals, and Nepalese traditions

Pokhara — Himalayas Hiking
From Kathmandu, we will fly to Pokhara. The journey by road is long and can be quite tiring, as road conditions in Nepal are not always the easiest, so taking a short flight makes the experience much more comfortable.
And if the sky is clear, we may even be lucky enough to see the Himalayas from the plane :)
Pokhara is a peaceful town embraced by mountains and lake. Here, the rhythm softens.
We will stay in a Buddhist monastery, a simple and meaningful place where we will enjoy silence, presence, and the peaceful atmosphere with delicious healthy meals.
During our time in Pokhara, we will experience:
-
Peace of mind with accomodation in a Buddhist monastery
-
Daily yoga
-
Exploring Pokhara and Sarangkot
-
Accomodation in a Buddhist monastery
-
2 days hiking in Himalaya
-
1 day silent retreat
The retreat will end in Pokhara, giving you the opportunity to extend your stay and enjoy a few more days relaxing in this beautiful lakeside city or continue your adventure with a longer trek in the Himalaya.
If you prefer to return to Kathmandu, this can also be arranged. I will guide and support you throughout the entire process to make your journey smooth and easy.

A journey inward, guided by the Himalayas
Our 2-day Australian Camp and Dhampus trek takes you from Pokhara to the charming village of Kande, where you will begin a short but steep ascent to Australian Camp (2,055 m), surrounded by lush green meadows and formerly known as Thulo Kharka.
This beautiful viewpoint offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views over the Himalaya, including Lamjung Himal, Machhapuchhre, Hiunchuli, and Annapurna South.
The trek then continues to the traditional Gurung village of Dhampus (1,750 m), renowned for its rich culture and strong connection to the Gurkha heritage. Finally, the trail descends to Phedi before returning to Pokhara.

This is not a demanding expedition, but it is a real mountain experience. Comfortable walking shoes, warm clothing, and an open heart are all you need.
We will share many moments together, there will also be time just for you — to rest, write, sit in silence.
A monastery experience
Spend time inside a Buddhist monastery and experience a different rhythm of life.
Silence, rituals, simplicity, and shared presence offer an opportunity to pause deeply and reconnect with inner calm.
This is one of the most meaningful moments of the retreat.

Can I go if I have no one to share a room with? Can I go alone?
Absolutely! Many people join the retreats on their own, and it’s actually a beautiful way to meet like-minded people and create new friendships. If you come alone, we’ll pair you with a lovely roommate you’ll get along with.
If you prefer more privacy, you can also book a private room for single use (subject to availability and with an extra fee).
Either way, don’t worry — from the very first day you’ll feel part of a warm and welcoming group.
Do I need experience in meditation or yoga?
No. All practices are guided and accessible for beginners.
What is the difficulty level of the trek?
The trek is moderate in difficulty. The route includes uphill sections, natural stone steps, and mountain trails.
It is not a technical expedition and does not require previous trekking experience, but a basic level of fitness and comfort with walking for several hours a day is recommended.
The pace will be slow and mindful, with regular breaks to rest, hydrate, and enjoy the surroundings.
