  • share your experience,

  • receive guidance for your practice,

  • integrate what you are learning,

One of the most fascinating discoveries in neuroscience is that the brain is not fixed — it can change throughout life.

Studies involving Buddhist monks, experienced meditators, and retreat participants have shown differences in brain networks related to attention, emotional regulation, compassion, and the response to stress.

In this course, you’ll learn what these studies have discovered, why meditation can influence the brain, and how your own mind can gradually change through regular practice.

You don’t need to be a monk or have years of experience.

Small, consistent practices can also create meaningful changes over time.
