Ayurveda is the traditional medical system of India and is considered the oldest complete healthcare system in the world that is still in use today.
Ayurveda expands consciousness and teaches that you are not only your body; the body is a vehicle for the expansion of consciousness. It helps you connect with your true nature and understand that the only real cure for illness is self-understanding. It is a way of life, a way of learning to cooperate with nature and live in harmony with it.

Why Join This Retreat?
Most of us live caught between responsibilities — family, work, money, travel, comfort — constantly seeking pleasure while navigating pain.
But external happiness is temporary.
This retreat invites you to go within — to awaken your inner peace and rediscover the stillness and strength that already lives in you.
We are incredibly lucky to have a human life. Let this be the moment you honor it.

We are incredibly fortunate to have a human life.

About the retreat
Each day unfolds with grounding practices allowing you to begin your day with clarity and intention.
You’ll explore sacred temples experiencing the powerful energy of places that have been revered for centuries.
Spend time in traditional ashrams — spiritual communities dedicated to inner growth, where daily life is rooted in simplicity, devotion, and self-inquiry. Through kirtan (devotional music), silence, and shared rituals, you’ll get a glimpse into a more conscious way of living.
Witness the sacred Ganga Aarti, a deeply moving fire ceremony on the banks of the river.
Through personalized Ayurvedic treatments you’ll begin to restore balance in your body and nervous system.
Nourishing vegetarian meals, rooted in Ayurvedic principles, will support your digestion, energy, and overall wellbeing.

Nourishing Meals
We offer organic, natural, healthy, and yogic meals throughout the retreat — carefully prepared to nourish both body and mind.
According to Ayurveda, food is classified into three categories: sattvic, rajasic, and tamasic.
If your goal is to stay fit, practice yoga and meditation, or follow a spiritual path, a sattvic diet is ideal.
Ayurvedic Food Types:
-
Sattvic Food: Promotes lightness, energy, and inner enthusiasm
-
Rajasic Food: Creates restlessness, agitation, or hyperactivity
-
Tamasic Food: Leads to heaviness, lethargy, or apathy
At our retreat, we focus on sattvic meals — fresh, plant-based, and lovingly prepared — to support your physical health and spiritual growth.

Return home not just with memories, but with a renewed sense of self, balance, and inner peace.
