Nourishing Meals
We offer organic, natural, healthy, and yogic meals throughout the retreat — carefully prepared to nourish both body and mind.

According to Ayurveda, food is classified into three categories: sattvic, rajasic, and tamasic.
If your goal is to stay fit, practice yoga and meditation, or follow a spiritual path, a sattvic diet is ideal.

Ayurvedic Food Types:
-
Sattvic Food: Promotes lightness, energy, and inner enthusiasm
-
Rajasic Food: Creates restlessness, agitation, or hyperactivity
-
Tamasic Food: Leads to heaviness, lethargy, or apathy

At our retreat, we focus on sattvic meals — fresh, plant-based, and lovingly prepared — to support your physical health and spiritual growth.

Your Retreat Guides
Raquel Maitri is a certified yoga teacher, passionate traveler, and biologist.
For years, she worked in a laboratory conducting cancer research. But everything changed when she discovered yoga and began traveling through Asia.

A deeper connection with herself revealed her true purpose: to guide others on both their inner and outer journeys — through yoga, meditation, mindful travel, and coaching — while integrating her strong foundation in science.

Throughout the retreat, Raquel will be by your side, making you feel at home. She’ll guide you on a journey back to yourself, creating a space to slow down, reconnect, and cultivate a more conscious and balanced lifestyle.

She will also support you in preparing for your trip, helping with everything you need — from flights and packing lists to cultural tips — so that you feel safe, informed, and fully comfortable before, during, and after the journey.
For those departing from Spain, it's even possible to request her personal accompaniment from Madrid (available as an add-on service).

Kuldeep left the conventional path behind and ventured into the Himalayas, learning from wise gurus and refining his practice in the ashrams of Kerala.
With over 500 hours of certified training and years of teaching experience.
Kuldeep has also guided numerous yoga and trekking tours through the Himalayas, sharing not only his deep knowledge of yoga but also his love and respect for the sacred mountains.
During this retreat, Kuldeep will gently guide you through yoga practice, pranayama combining with practical tools for everyday life.
His calm presence and experienced guidance will support your journey, both inward and across the Himalayan trails.
