Neuroscience studies the brain and nervous system. When applied to yoga, it reveals how specific postures, breathwork, and mindfulness practices influence brain function, reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and enhance overall wellbeing. This scientific perspective helps deepen your understanding and effectiveness as a teacher and practitioner.

She not only arranges great regular yoga classes (and restorative is my favourite one), but also constantly organises different thematic ceremonies and events, ecstatic dances - that’s all is unforgettable experiences!
