Raquel is the best yoga teacher I’ve ever met! For her yoga isn’t just a class, it’s her life style! She not only arranges great regular yoga classes (and restorative is my favourite one), but also constantly organises different thematic ceremonies and events, ecstatic dances - that’s all is unforgettable experiences! For example „the full moon ceremony”, which I attended in February - gave me not only new knowledge, amazing time of belonging and acceptance, but also helped to go deeper into myself and realise really important things and let not needed thing go, I was feeling soooo relieved and grateful at the end of the ceremony!!!
